OVERVIEW
All current, dues-paid members in good standing of the Professional Disc Golf Association are eligible to qualify for the 2024 Throw Pink Women’s Disc Golf Championship (TPWDGC). The TPWDGC is a PDGA A-tier; therefore, all competitors must have a current PDGA membership and must have passed the PDGA Official certification exam to compete. Those gaining TPWDGC eligibility should register for the event as quickly as possible.

The top 3 from the 2023 TPWDGC receive an automatic invitation to the 2024 TPWDGC:
2024 United States Women’s Champion (FPO) & (FP40)
2024 Deaf Disc Golf Championship (FPO)
2024 PDGA Women’s Global Event (FPO)
2024 Masters World Champion (FP40)
2024 Amateur World Champion (FA1)
2024 College Disc Golf National Champion (Women’s Singles)
*Note these events are not qualifiers. The winner of each event receives the invitation. Earned spots are not transferable and do not drop down to the next spot if the winner is qualified.
Official TPWDGC Qualifying Events
TPWDGC spots will be available at each of the events listed below. Competitors who participate in qualifying events that are already TPWDGC eligible will be excluded from the qualifying process. In case of a tie for the final qualifying spot, the tournament director should hold a sudden-death playoff to determine the winner. If a playoff is not possible, the spot should be awarded to the player with the lowest final-round score.
Individual qualifying rounds will occur at Winthrop on Monday, October 7, 2024. Each of the two lowest rounds will earn the right to compete in the 2024 TPWDGC. Only two spots are available. A sudden-death playoff will resolve ties if necessary.
The entry fee is $75.00. PDGA membership is not required to participate. Those who qualify for the TPWDGC on Monday must be current PDGA members and pass the PDGA Officials Exam before Thursday’s opening round. These steps can be taken in advance of Monday's Qualifying at www.pdga.com.
Pre-registration is required. Online registration for TPWDGC Monday Qualifying will open on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024.
